How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders shipped within the United States.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Some products have restrictions; for example, the Anker SOLIX Smart Generator 5500 (Tri-Fuel) is not CARB-approved and cannot be shipped to California.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery takes approximately 5–8 business days. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
What is your return policy?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging. Please email us before sending anything back. See our Refund Policy.
