Where is my order?
Once your order is dispatched, tracking information is sent to the email address you used at checkout, where available. Tracking can take some time to become active after the carrier receives your parcel.
If you cannot find your tracking details, email contact@tarnley.shop with your order number and we will help. We reply within 24 business hours, Monday to Friday.
